Porsche 1970 911S Coupe

Porsche 1970 911S Coupe

Mostly original 70S just out of 34 year ownership. This 65,000 mile survivor has never been restored. The interior is all original and in excellent condition. There are no cracks on the dash. The door pockets are excellent. The carpet and headliner are original and will need cleaning. It is still wearing most of it's original Irish Green paint. The pass. side front fender, front bumper and it looks like the hood may have also been repainted. The paint overall is extremely nice but does show very minor scratches and imperfections. The glass and alloy window frames are beyond exceptional. The frames are bright and nearly scratch free. The car has 5 original deep six wheels with new tires. The S still retains it's alloy rear decklid and alloy license panel, original hood crest and even the old style door weather strips. It was fitted with AC but the system has been removed. I have the components and they are included. There is no signs of rust or rust repair on this car. The undercoating is original and excellent. The original engine case was damaged many years ago and was replaced with a 930 type aluminum case. The engine was rebuilt to 2.7RS and still retains it's original MFI. The engine was recently freshened and runs very strong. The rear fenders (inner lips) were rolled at one point for larger tires. It is hardly noticable but I want to point it out and there is also evidence of a roll bar being installed. There is a ding on the pass side lower door, on the driver side rear quarter and one on each side of the rear fender lips. I want to point out the negatives but please keep in mind this car is a real find and truly exceptional overall and does present very well as shown in the pictures. This S has great patina that is only found on an original car that has been loved. It has a full tool kit and owner's books.

1968 912 Soft Window Targa

Amazing 64,000 mile 68 912 Soft Window. Probably the best on the planet. I bought this car 3 years ago from the original owner's son out of California (blue Plate included), It was completely untouched except it had been painted to a very high standard in the original silver 15 years ago. There are absolutely no rust issues. I had the engine resealed and the top end done as well as powder coating and cad plating for the engine and complete suspension. The undercoating was also refreshed at that time. The bottom is as nice as the top. This was all done about 2 years ago. It had new brakes, tires and the 5.5 1968 only Fuch wheels done by Harvey Weidman. The seats were done by Tony at Autobahn in the proper German wool Houndstooth. I spared no expense on this car and it shows. The rest of the interior is completely original including the rear window which is fabulous and the like new Tonneau which had never been taken out of the bag! The car has very complete books, service records and a lovely full tool kit. It is as good as they ever come. It is an amazing Soft Window. Please call me with any questions (631)786 6511
Price: $45k

Porsche 1967 911S All original Survivor

This is an unrestored lovely original and unmolested 64,000 mile 67S Coupe. The paint is original with the exception of the driver's side rear quarter and some small touchups. The original paint is very nice throughout but does show some small imperfections and thin spots but it does look just right. If you like original cars this is it. The car has all five 4.5 Fuch wheels and they have not been refinished and do not need to be. Chrome window frames are exceptional as is the tinted glass and original interior. The car does have a modern radio however nothing has been modified. The original rear parcel shelf is included. The originality of this car is irreplaceable. It has all of the original books, a full toolkit and even the touchup paint in the glovebox. The last owner had this car for 20 years. The car was built with tinted glass, two headrests and auxilliary heater. This is as good as they get for an original unrestored early 911S. The car needs to be toothbrushed and that is about it. Hate to sell her. Call me for more details (631)786 6511. Price Upon Request.

Porsche 1956 356 Speedster, cabriolet

Porsche 1956 356 Speedster, cabriolet

Own a part of Porsche racing history. This 356 Reuter Cab was raced from at least 1971! I have SCCA Logbooks from then till the late 1990's that document this car's long racing career. Because it was a race car for so long it never rusted. It is all steel and the body is in great shape. It is structurally sound and could return to the track or be returned to the street. It started life as a 1956 Reuter cabriolet in light ivory. It has disc brakes, real Minilites, a Skirmants gearbox and lots of tricks. It is complete except for an engine. Bolt one in and have some fun. It really is a cool 356 with a race history. Many cabs were converted back in the day to race cars. With Speedster prices in the stratosphere this 356 is a great alternative for an open 356 racer. I am very knowledgeable about these cars so feel free to call me with any questions. 631 786 6511 or e mail direct Don@porsport.com Thanks ASKING PRICE $29,500.

1969 Porsche 911S sunroof Coupe

Vehicle Description

1969 Porsche 911S sunroof Coupe

I purchased this car from the original owner's daughter who inherited the car. It has 54,000 original miles and is in excellent condition throughout. I do not have any of the original paperwork however I do have it's history documented in writing by the origianal owner's daughter as well as a picture when the car was new. The car had been sitting for nearly 6 years. I had the car fully serviced and had the MFI pump rebuilt by Hans. The car now runs and drives well and has excellent cosmetics. It was repainted one time about 15 years ago in it's original color. The carpets are weak however I do have a replacement set that goes with the car that is a Porsche original take out in excellent condition. The headliner is original and could also use some minor work. The S still wears it's deep six wheels, it's original engine and components ect. There is some minor rust, not structural under/on the front pan. I do not see any other rust. This S is an outstanding car that will make any early 911 fan happy. The car is unrestored and is shown in the photos how it lived it's whole life. It was a 911S that was loved not a rust bucket that was brought back to life. The car is tucked away at my storage facility and may be viewed anytime during the day. I am 10 minutes from L Mac Arthur airport. I am very knowledgeable about early 911s so feel free to phone me only with questions 631 786 6511 or e mail me direct Don@Porsport.com thanks.

  • 1988 Carrera Club Sport

One of just 28 Carrera Club Sport models built for the North American market and one of just three Black Club Sports produced.   # 78 has less than 27,000 original miles and is original throughout including paint, interior and all components. It was ordered with LSD and 16" wheels. This CS was also one of the few Tourist Delivery cars. The Club Sport was Porsche's lightweight for the 80's in the spirit of the RS. The CS had many special features and deletions to save weight such as no sunroof, no AC, deletion of most sound deadening, no radio, no rear seats or rear interior panels, simplified heating system, lightweight carpet, no electrical accessories, no fog lights, and roll up windows among many other more minor weight saving deletions. They feature Bilstein suspension, short shifter, and slightly improved engines with sodium filled valves and different DME from the factory. They weigh just 2,601 pounds. Probably the most overlooked real lightweight 911.  This Club Sport is featured in the new 3.2 Carrera book by Tony Clorett .  Was part of the PCA 50th Historic Display.

  • 1968 Sports Purposes 911L Rallye Car

Built by Porsche with R roll bar, front and rear gravel / skid plates, green glass, special 901/05 gearbox with LSD, Koni sport suspension and special interior tool bin. Two previous owners before my purchase in 01. This car was special ordered, picked up at the factory and then never raced or rallyed. The car still retains it's original interior and much of it's original paint. A thorough mechanical and bottom restoration was completed during 2003. Work included a hot 2.0 S and lots of detailing under the car. Additional extras include Factory 100 liter tank, R and deep six wheels, Rallye exhaust, undercoat delete, period Recaro and R Scheel seats, rubber floors, Marchal lights, Ritchie Ginther 906 axels, Fac. kill switch and tow hook, tools, travel kit and books.  Was at Rennsport 04.  Was part of the PCA 50th Historic Display.

  • 1968 911 Polizei Targa

Originally built by Porsche as part of a Dutch order of Police cars (last in the batch) but intended to come to the USA as a show car where it was shown at Washington D.C., New York, New Haven and Chicago auto shows. Porsche of America also used the Polizei Targa to pace at least one race, the 1968 US Road Racing Championship at Bridgehampton, New York. After 35 years on the West Coast, the Polizei Targa is back on Long Island. In February of 1969 the Porsche was purchased by Bill Yates of Bill Yates Porsche. From what I have learned, the Targa was used as a display at his dealership and may have paced some races on the West Coast as well. At one point Bill Yates Racing Service was painted on each front fender. In the right light you can still see the ghost of the lettering. Mr. Yates kept the car along with his 550 after his dealership closed during the 80's until his death in 1996.

Today Polizei remains in very good original condition covering under 9,000 miles since new. This Polizei is the only Polizei car ever built by Porsche that was not put into service and sold to a private individual. It is also the only Polizei car to be officially sent to the USA and the only Polizei Show car.  Another oddity is the use of Dutch colors of orange and ivory with the German "Polizei" lettering. The German police cars were typically done in green and ivory.  This Porsche makes people smile whenever they see it. It is a real laugh/blast to drive.  Was part of the PCA 50th Historic Display.

  • Bus Driver's 73 Carrera RS Touring

Then sold to an American in 1996. Auctioned at Monterey in 01. I bought the RS in 03 with 87,000+ km.( Under 55,000 miles). Today the car remains all original throughout with the exception of one repaint during the 1980's in the original light yellow. The RS retains all of its original components, complete interior, books, tools, and all of it's lightweight sheet metal. Options include rear crash bar, two Recaro sport seats, side and rear "Porsche" lettering, and double heated rear window.  Was part of the PCA 50th Historic Display.

This is a "Sonder-Wunsch" or Special Wishes 911.  The rarest of the rare, one of the 28 North American Carrera Club Sports painted by the factory in Gulf Blue. Believed to be the only Club Sport worldwide painted this color. The car was built with Chrome rather than black window trim and a Burgundy pinstripe velour interior. The color combination is very striking and looks better than it sounds. Purchased in November of '04 from the original owner. This car was built by Porsche with the optional 9552 Rally Kit and five speed transmission as the only options.  The car was race prepared early on and competed very sucessfully by Hans Niederer in  Northeast SCCA events. The engine was a Vasek Polak 2.0 with some trick 906 parts. Hans later prepared the car for the first IMSA races as a GTU entry. The car was campaigned until parked in 1973 where it has been stored since.

Today the car is in it's as raced state in full IMSA specification of the day. The car sports the original Minilites and Goodyear Bluestreaks that were last ran.The odometer reads 34,000+ miles. The car is now at Klub Sport in Florida undergoing restoration to return to the track.

Amazing 24,600 mile survivor purchased from the original owner's Grandson. Driven from 69 through 74 then stored until 1994. It has been used sparingly since. This magnificent unrestored S may be the lowest original mile 69 S on the planet. Low option car with 3 point belts and Blaupunkt radio. The Signal Green paint is very close to the Viper Green paint on my 73 RS.

  • 1974 Carrera

I purchased # 342 in 1999 with 45,000 original miles. This original survivor has had only one previous owner. He was the attorney for the Porsche dealership at the time of it's original purchase. It has the optional Gold wheels and graphics along with the Grand Prix white paint, it matches the colors on the 3.0 RS prototype. Other factory options include Koni sport suspension, Tinted glass, fog lights and the Blue / Black or "Midnight" interior with leather seats. The car has no sunroof. The Carrera is still mostly original.  This includes a lot of the original paint, all of the interior, and paint finishes in the engine compartment and underside. The odometer now shows 51,000 + miles.

This Carrera has lived a very pampered life and has always been maintained to the highest level. Runs and drives perfectly. SSI and tensioner updates. All paperwork from new including the original window sticker.  Was at Rennsport 04.
