1966 Porsche 911 Werks Prototype 13433

Prototype chassis nr, 13433 was delivered as a bare body devoid of undercoat and sound deadening to the Porsche Body shop for training/experimental purposes as documented by the Porsche Kardex.

This unique 911 features 911R rear fender flares and it is believed this may have been the test car for those flares. The flares have been authenticated as being factory made and original to the car. This Prototype was used by Porsche until about 1968 (The car has some 1968 features). Somehow it was rescued from the scrap yard, put back together and was discovered on the West Coast in the mid 2000s. The car features extremely rare 911 Speedster/GT style Factory race buckets in original Elephant hide and aluminum block 2.0L power. The Prototyp has just received a very extensive nut and bolt jewelry quality restoration by marque experts. This is a rare opportunity to purchase a one of a kind Porsche Factory Prototyp in new condition. The Prototype was an award winner at Rennsport Reunion 4 and should be eligible to run anywhere.
